Commissioners Bob Rein, Philip Hammeke, and Mike Burdett recognized the Lady Indians and their hard work this season by announcing a proclamation to honor those athletes. The girls have been working hard all season and placed 1st at the Holton 2023 2-A State Powerlifting Meet. The Lady Indian Team has displayed characteristics that exemplify exceptional sportsmanship and talent. Those who were acknowledged are Aysjah Yeager, Skye Feldman, Annie Cox, Jayme Hagerman, Teagan Walker, Mackenzie Reinert, Cortney Craft, Mallorie Ceniceros, Cassidy Ary, Jasmine Evers, Coach Rassmussen, and the rest of the Lady Indian Powerlifters.
