Mission Statement: Community Corrections is a state and local partnership, which provides cost effective community supervision to adult and juvenile offenders in order to enhance public safety, enforce offender accountability through community service and restitution, provide necessary services to offenders with the goal of reducing the probability of continued offending, and enhance the offender’s ability to live responsibly and productively within their community.
Programs at Pawnee County Community Corrections
Juvenile Intake & Assessment Program –Juvenile Intake & Assessment provides assessment and placement services to law enforcement for youth who are taken into Police Protective Custody or arrested.
Immediate Intervention Program (Diversion Supervision) – Supervision of at-risk juveniles who have been given the opportunity to receive a Diversion from the County Attorney.
Juvenile Intense Supervision Program - Intense probation for juvenile offenders who have been adjudicated for a Misdemeanor or Felony offense.
Community Case Management (DOC Custody) - Court Ordered custody of juvenile offenders who have been adjudicated for offenses that qualify for Department of Corrections custody.
Adult Felony Diversion Supervision – Supervision ofAdult Felony Offenders who have been given an opportunity to receive a Diversion from the County Attorney.
